IP strategy and management

Background and foreground intellectual property (IP) and unprotected innovation must be clearly defined and addressed in the context of Horizon Europe projects. We provide assistance for the development of an IP strategy and management within project consortia and also provide support services for the registration of IP (trademarks, patents, design rights, plant variety rights) and drafting of IP contracts (co-ownership, licence or transfer agreements) as well as IP taxation and finance (advice on IP taxation, pledge of IP rights) and IP litigation (before ordinary courts or arbitration bodies).
