Our experience

Our experience as attorneys at law is very different from legal consultants. As we have the professional capacity to provide both legal advice and represent clients before courts, our way of thinking is oriented towards problem-solving approaches and the mitigation of legal risks, including litigation and liability issues. Our legal analysis skills are also constantly updated with the clients’ cases we handle on a day-to-day basis.

Furthermore, as we have assisted hundreds of our clients in setting up, restructuring, acquiring, selling or winding up their company and have also been regularly appointed as trustees by courts, we are fully experienced to assist consortia to set up and manage legal entities.

We have also assisted clients in their H2020 and now Horizon Europe legal issues.
