Incorporation of new legal entities and corporate governance

Several Horizon Europe projects have the creation of single entry points or of a special purpose vehicle among their deliverables. We assist project consortia to identify the most suitable type of legal form for their sustainable single entry point (new legal entity and/or contractual cooperation) and also to incorporate the new legal entity wherever it should be established and when necessary, we rely on our strong international network of non-Belgian lawyers whose services are required by law to incorporate a legal entity in an EU member State. We also assist project consortia to develop, draft and implement corporate governance rules which are taking into account the specific nature of consortium members (public research institutes, universities, non-profit organisations).
