Data protection and privacy

Almost all Horizon Europe projects involved the processing of data, both personal and non-personal. Particular attention needs to be paid to the processing of personal data, which are protected by privacy laws, as well as non-personal data which could have commercial or scientific value, though these are not protected by intellectual property rights. We can assist consortia to build data protection rules, including GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance rules, as well as be appointed as Data Protection Officer.
