Contract drafting and negotiation

All Horizon Europe projects are based on several contracts, namely the grant agreement and consortium agreement. Though these two contracts are usually standard contracts, paying attention to their legal aspect could be necessary and require legal assistance.

At some stage of many Horizon Europe projects, contracts need to be signed between the consortium members and/or a new legal entity with other contracting parties. Drafting and negotiating these contracts is a type of service our law firm provides.
